How are the knit items packed to prevent snagging or stretching during shipping? We protect your delicate textiles with absolute care! Every Primavue garment is meticulously inspected, folded flat to prevent any hanger stretching, and sealed inside an individual, dust-proof and moisture-resistant protective pouch to block ambient humidity. Your entire package is then shipped inside a sturdy outer eco-mailer to guarantee your knits arrive spotless, dry, snag-free, and immaculate.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your comfort haul straight to your mailbox.

Yarn Quality, Fabric Care & Sizing

Will Primavue knitwear cause my skin to itch? No, never. Skin comfort is our ultimate priority. We do not use low-grade synthetic fibers or harsh chemical treatments. All Primavue pieces are woven from ultra-fine, responsibly sourced combed fibers that are certified hypoallergenic. They are perfectly smooth and incredibly gentle, allowing you to wear our knitwear comfortably over bare skin without any irritation.

What are the recommended washing instructions to prevent pilling and shrinking? To preserve the premium yarn softness, tight knit elasticity, and thermal performance over time:

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle, delicate cycle (or wool cycle) using a mild, ph-neutral laundry detergent.

  • Always wash your knitwear inside out, preferably inside a mesh laundry bag to prevent friction with buttons or zippers from other clothing.

  • Lay flat to dry naturally in the shade on top of a clean towel. Never hang wet knitwear on a hanger, as the weight of the water will stretch out the fibers. Strictly avoid automated tumble dryers, chlorine bleach, or intense conventional ironing.

Will the knitwear form fuzzy balls (pilling) after a few wears? No. While minor fiber friction can happen with all fine natural knits over extended years, Primavue utilizes premium high-density, core-spun twisted yarns that are highly resistant to pilling. This heavy-duty textile fortification ensures the outer surface of your sweaters, cardigans, and blankets remains clean, smooth, and fuzz-free wash after wash.

Returns, Exchanges & Quality Standards

What is your return and size exchange policy? We want you to dress with absolute joy! For strict quality assurance, textile hygiene, and personal health safety, we accept standard returns and size exchanges only on completely unworn, unwashed knit items in their original, pristine condition, entirely free of pet hair or perfume odors, with all factory product hangtags fully attached, packed inside the unopened original protective pouch within 30 days of delivery.
